Complimentary consultation

This is a FREE get-to-know-you Zoom call where we chat and learn about each other. this is the time to ask all your questions and decide if we would be a good fit to work together.

Unlimited labor support

When you are ready for me to join you during labor I am there. I don’t have dilation requirements or other stipulations you must meet before I join. Once I join you I stay throughout labor and birth. Departing 1 to 2 hours after the baby has arrived and you both are settled.

Call/ Text / Email support

I am reachable during daytime hours for questions and guidance as soon as we start working together. I love connecting with clients and enjoy chatting with you about your journey. I will always do my best to respond promptly to any message I receive.

On-call starting at 36 weeks

Once you reach 36 weeks I am officially on call for your birth. this means I will not book out-of-state trips, consume alcohol, or do other things that may make me unable to attend your birth. This allows you to call me at any hour once you believe you are in labor.

Evidence-based information

You can be confident that any questions you send me will be answered based on current evidence. I also offer different methods of answering your questions, such as quoting you the data or sending you the link to the study. This allows you to receive information in the way that feels best for you!

Weekly office hours Zoom calls

I host a weekly Zoom call for you to drop in and ask questions face-to-face. This is an open group call for all my current clients and can be a great place to meet other expecting moms.

Private Zoom calls

If the group call doesn’t float your boat private calls can be scheduled to provide a comfortable setting to ask questions. and chat about what is currently going on in your pregnancy.

My handout catalog

You will receive access to my Drive which has all my handouts ranging in topics from Breastfeeding to Induction, position ideas, and even what to pack in your hospital back. this gives you quick access to answers to a lot of common questions and helps you avoid the Google rabbit hole.

Prenatal & Postpartum visits

Prenatal visits take place before 35 weeks. During our visit, we will go over labor prep, postpartum prep, practice comfort techniques for labor, and much more.
Postpartum visits take place when you wish to debrief your birth. We talk about how you are feeling, what occurred during your birth, and assist with any challenges you are currently having.
